Playpark Season Pass Rules and Regulations

All Season passes are non-refundable and
non-transferable. |
| 2. |
Season passes are valid for one year from the date
of purchase. |
| 3. |
Season passes entitle the purchaser to unlimited
use of the Playpark during open public hours. The Pool and
Track areas and pool programs are not included in the Playpark
season pass fee. |
| 4. |
Adventure Peak is designed for children
ages 1 - 12. |
| 5. |
All pass holders must present their pass
at the Park Front Office to receive the required wristband
before entering any fee based areas. |
| 6. |
All pass holders are subject to the rules
and regulations of Edinborough Park. |
| 7. |
Pass holder acknowledges that Edinborough
Park may close down any and all fee-based areas as maintenance
needs and/or programming needs dictate. Such closures are
a routine part of the facility operation and do not warrant
a partial refund of the Season Pass price. |
| 8. |
Great Hall hours and activities may be limited
due to Park programming and Special Events. |
| 9. |
Residents are those who LIVE within the
borders of the City of Edina. |
| 10. |
Misuse of this pass may result in the forfeiture
of the Season Pass rights and all monies paid. |
| 11. |
Edinborough Park reserves the right to change
the Park hours or specific schedules within the Park. Park
hours changes do not warrant a partial refund of the Season
Pass price. |
| 12. |
Edinborough Park reserves the right to charge
fees for special events, birthday parties or other programs
in the Playpark. These fees are not included in your Playpark
Season Pass. |
| 13. |
Adventure Peak is a shoeless environment.
Socks must be worn on play equipment. |
| 14. |
No food, beverages or toys are allowed in
play structure or on play surface. |
| 15. |
Children over 12 months are required to
purchase a daily admission or be included in a Playpark
Season Pass. |

Season Pass holders will be asked to sign
a form indicating their agreement to the terms listed above
when they pick up their pass. |
