Agenda

Agendas for Planning Commission meetings are available after 3 p.m. on the Friday preceding each meeting. The agenda includes time for public hearings on subjects such as rezonings, subdivisions, conditional use permits, final development plans, ordinance amendments and comprehensive plan amendments.

The Planning Commission traditionally meets the Wednesday before the first Council Meeting of the month. The Council meets the first and third Tuesdays of every month. In 2009, the Planning Commission is scheduled to meet Jan. 28, Feb. 25, April 1, April 29, May 27, July 1, July 29, Aug. 26, Sept. 30, Oct. 28, Nov. 24 and Dec. 30.

Deadline date is 21 days prior to the Commission meeting.
